The hot room is a feeling space. We listen to our bodies, not our minds. We push ourselves as far and as hard as our bodies will allow. It's not meant to be easy. Life isn't easy. Without struggle there is no victory!

Outside the Hot Room

I'm a performer. I act, sing, and dance. Usually at the same time. Entertaining people is my passion. I've been doing it professionally since I was 6 years old.

Guilty Pleasure

There are so many! HA! I love my dad's cooking. He'll just drop by with a week's worth of home cooked meals and I'm in heaven. I also have a bit of a sweet tooth and I have a candy drawer next to my bed. You can usually find Sour Patch Kids, Starburst jelly beans or Swedish Fish in there.

Fun Fact

In February 2016, my friend dragged me to my first Sweat Cycle class and I was determined to dislike it and now I'm a trainer. That friend loves reminding me that she was right!
