Our Hot Room is warmed to 85-95 degrees fahrenheit using infrared heating technology, which not only takes your ride to the next level, but provides a deeper level of detox benefits. Don’t let the heat intimidate you. All levels are welcomed and we encourage you to ride at your own pace, but arrive hydrated!
