HOW TO PREPARE

First timers are required to arrive 15 mins before their scheduled class in order to be properly set up on the bike ahead of class start time. We do not allow late entry for new riders.

Due to the increase in detoxification and extended sweating, we advise all our riders to prepare for class at our studio by hydrating before your scheduled class. In fact, we suggest you plan on consuming most of your water intake long before you are scheduled to come in. We also always remind riders to continue hydrating after class as well. Wear light and breathable clothing (i.e. cycling shorts, tank top, etc).

HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I BE DRINKING?

It is important to know how to calculate your water intake needs, not only based on your height, weight and gender but also based on your activity level.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME ON MY FIRST VISIT AND WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Bring water! If you forget your water, we sell it or you can bring your own refillable bottle (we have filtered water stations). We offer free shoe rentals on your first visit. Thereafter, it’s $3 per rental. We do not offer toe cages for sneakers. Our studio is a strictly “cycling shoe” studio. Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit. You will need to fill out our studio waiver and the instructor will need that extra time before class to help you with your bike set up. Please note, we do not allow new riders to enter class late as proper bike set up is crucial and must be performed prior to class start time.

WHAT KIND OF PEDALS DO YOU HAVE?

All of our bikes have double sided pedals to accommodate LOOK Delta cleats and/or SPD cleats. Please note, our pedals CANNOT accommodate LOOK Ket or LOOK Shimano cleats.
